About the Role
MAM Business Intelligence Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will take the lead in managing assignments utilizing structured and agile project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a project plan that meets contractual requirements, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
- Create a resource strategy aligned with the project plan, ensuring appropriate international staffing and a balanced onshore/offshore ratio.
- Manage and lead distributed teams across various locations and cultures, while also focusing on talent development in diverse environments.
- Identify and leverage opportunities within our client's portfolio that offer significant business value to the customer.
- Maintain regular communication with the customer to promote innovation, assets, and accelerators, as well as to collaborate on new ideas.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including financial updates, during monthly internal meetings.
- Manage projects with varying scopes of service, using different commercial models such as managed services or staff augmentation.
Your Profile
- You have extensive experience in managing project and service teams across multiple locations with up to 50 team members.
- You can effectively lead functional and technical teams from different delivery units, possess a strong understanding of technical challenges, and provide guidance to your team in solving project-related issues.
- You have a proven background in delivering both cloud-based and on-premise projects using structured and agile methodologies, and you are well-versed in managing relationships and business processes in complex supply and distribution environments.
- You are adept at risk management, problem-solving, and dependency analysis, and you know when to escalate issues.
- You enjoy mentoring emerging managers and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
- You possess strong communication skills in both German and English, at C1 level or higher.
- You approach your work with a structured, methodical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ideally in a consulting environment with clients and partners.
- You have proven experience in delivering services on an SLA basis.
