The Strategy & Business Development Team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and projects that support Trade Republic's mission. We work collaboratively with all departments to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business growth and expansion.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy & Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving high-impact strategic projects from concept to delivery. Your expertise in project management, leadership, and strategic decision-making will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic project plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support strategic business decisions
  • Collaborate with Senior Management stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a leading management consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth startup
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and driving business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery
