People Operations Manager UK

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our People & Culture organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business units in the UK and Germany, as well as our international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the direct contact for employees in the UK, Germany, and international subsidiaries, supporting them throughout their entire employee lifecycle.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management.
- Visa Management: Manage the visa process for international employees and support their successful relocation.
- Process Improvements & Projects: Own centralization and standardization of Global People Processes, spearhead the creation and review of UK policies and processes, and manage the Welcome Days and onboarding process for new hires.
- University Degree or successfully completed apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational and fast-moving environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK labor law and experience in international People Operations.
- Ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery.
- Track record of leading projects and passion for operational HR work.
- Fluency in English and good German language skills.
