People Operations Manager UK

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our People & Culture organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business units in the UK and Germany, as well as our international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the direct contact for employees in the UK, Germany, and international subsidiaries, supporting them throughout their entire employee lifecycle.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management.
- Visa Process Management: Manage the visa process for international employees and support their successful relocation.
- Process Improvements & Projects: Own centralization and standardization of Global People Processes, spearhead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of UK policies, processes, and best practices.
- University Degree or successfully completed apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational and fast-moving environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK labor law and experience in international People Operations (Germany, US, Spain, Italian) is advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery.
- Track record of leading projects.
- Passion for operational HR work with a strong understanding of service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English. Good German Language Skills are a plus.
