Network Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Management Specialist to join our team at 50Hertz. As a key member of our System Führung team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with our partners in the context of System Führung and Digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for cooperation with our partners, including regional, national, and international partnerships.
- Initiate, steer, and coordinate cooperation with our partners, both in the context of traditional committees and in the form of communities or thematic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a network of relevant cooperation partners.
- Monitor and participate in committee work to identify relevant developments affecting 50Hertz, and contribute to the development of corresponding overviews.
- Trigger and moderate internal discussions on strategic issues related to the future of System Führung, ensuring that 50Hertz is represented with a strong voice in all relevant channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues from across the System Führung team and other areas of 50Hertz.
- Maintain a continuous exchange with relevant stakeholders, from CEOs to specialists, with a broad range of expertise.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a comparable field.
- Practical knowledge of the technical, economic, and legal frameworks and relationships in the energy sector.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and high cooperation and moderation skills.
- Language skills: German (B2) and English (B2).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional experience and relevant knowledge.
- High level of independence and assertiveness.
Working Conditions:
- 37 hours per week (full-time).
- Flexible working hours and a long-term working time account to support work-life balance.
