We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain by managing the procurement process for specific product categories.

• Execute daily procurement activities for designated product lines.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Provide support in the preparation of sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic purchasing plans and customer tenders.
• Negotiate favorable discounts and agreements with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate supplier contracts and documentation.
• Handle product inquiries from internal stakeholders.

• Completed commercial education, preferably in trade or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Previous experience in procurement, dispatching, or the food industry is a valuable asset.
