TPI Composites Germany GmbH is a leading manufacturer of composite wind blades in the U.S., with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Berlin, Germany.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. German language proficiency is essential, with English skills also highly valued. Spanish is desirable but not required.

About the Role

This role will provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparation of HR-related documents, presentations, and reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee relations, requisition processing, and invoice delivery.

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling for the EMEA region
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including paperwork processing and orientation logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests
  • Facilitate the requisition process by liaising between departments and the Finance team
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or completed vocational training in the commercial area
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good knowledge of German and English languages, with Spanish desirable
