As a Buyer at Westwing Home & Living, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our international premium brand partnerships. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who can cultivate and nurture strong relationships with international premium brand partners, negotiate and secure competitive terms and conditions, and drive continuous growth in turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international premium brand partners
- Negotiate and secure competitive terms and conditions, marketing services, and access to an attractive product portfolio
- Drive continuous growth in turnover by identifying new opportunities and strategies with brand partners
- Close coordination and cooperation with all relevant interfaces in the company
- Attract prospect brand partners
- Analyze relevant performance KPIs from the area of buying
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in buying or key account management, preferably in e-commerce
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce environment and industry trends
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking paired with negotiating skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Fluency in English; fluency in German or any other European language is a plus
