Senior Buyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer to join our Buying & Partnerships team at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with international premium brand partners, negotiating and securing competitive terms and conditions, and driving continuous growth in turnover.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international premium brand partners.
- Negotiate and secure competitive terms and conditions, marketing services, and access to an attractive product portfolio to ensure mutual success and profitability.
- Drive continuous growth in turnover by identifying new opportunities and strategies together with your brand partners.
- Close coordination and cooperation with all relevant interfaces in the company, including Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Category Management.
- Attract prospect brand partners and independently analyze relevant performance KPIs from the area of buying.
- Degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in buying or key account management, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce environment and industry trends.
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking paired with negotiating skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; fluency in German or any other European language is a plus.
