Product Manager for Li-Battery Recycling: Shredding and Beneficiation

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the technical development and execution of our Li-Battery Recycling Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, creating and maintaining product development, and ensuring engineering, supply chain, and site support for projects in execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate the vision, goals, and strategy of the product to and with all stakeholders.
- Create, Maintain, and Prioritize Product Development: Refine the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all.
- Ensure Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Support: Coordinate basic- and detail engineering as applicable, and ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Coordinate Basic- and Detail Engineering: As applicable, ensure the technical process of the product is standardized to lower total project costs and customer's opex.
- Support Business Development/Sales: Evaluate potential innovations, benchmark competition's portfolio, and support significant sales projects.
- Drive Innovations: From the first process idea to industrialized solution, in close cooperation with R&D and project management.
- Engineering Degree: Above average, in mechanical and/or process engineering.
- Conceptual and Analytical Skills: Excellent, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with disciplines outside your field.
- Technical Background: Understanding of recycling equipment and technologies is a plus.
- Proven Experience: In engineering, as a product owner or similar role in product management, preferably in the recycling or environmental sector.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills (in German and English).
- Social Competence: High, with resilience and a willingness to travel.
