Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Automation Lead-Ingenieur, der unsere Projekte in der Pharmaindustrie erfolgreich umsetzen kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Verantwortung für die Fertigstellung aller Planungsleistungen des Gewerkes Automation im benötigten Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsumfang
  • Begleitung dieser Projekte durch alle Projektphasen, vom Konzeptentwurf über Basic- zum Detaildesign, aber auch durch die Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung
  • Fachliches Planen innerhalb des Gewerkes Automation im durch das Projekt benötigten Maßstab
  • Überwachung und Koordination der Arbeiten von ausführenden Firmen (mit Schwerpunkt auf das Gewerk Automation)
  • Führung von Teams aus bis zu zwei Projektingenieur/-innen aller Erfahrungsstufen
  • Reporting an die Pharmaplan-Projektleitung und alle relevanten Stakeholder beim Kunden – vom Projektingenieur/-in bis zum Projektsponsor
  • Beschaffung und Überwachung von externen Ressourcen und Planungsleistungen
  • Im Rahmen der Bedürfnisse eines Projektes wird eine Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands gewünscht
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität
  • Abschluss von mindestens zwei Projekten in der Pharmaindustrie in der Rolle "Lead-Ingenieur/-in Automation"
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams mit mindestens einem Projektingenieur/-in
  • Erfahrung in der Planung der Teilgewerke Package Units, Reinmedienautomation, Environmental Monitoring Systeme, Prozessleitsysteme, Historian-Systeme und Integration von Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte sachliche, proaktive und deeskalierende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gegenüber allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Prozessorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Bewusstsein über die Wichtigkeit von optisch ansprechender Dokumentation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Niveau)
