About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at customfield3. As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the automation team and overseeing the development and implementation of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in automation solutions, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in project leadership and team management.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in automation solutions, including design, development, and implementation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
