The Managing Director, DACH is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and success in the DACH region. As a key member of the Twitch leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize content and creator business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee Twitch's content and creator business in DACH, including local creator relationship management and e-commerce activities.
- Develop and implement long-term territory organization, content, and creator strategies in DACH, under the direction of Twitch leadership.
- Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to creators in DACH and German-speaking streamers globally.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure delivery against priorities and drive business growth.
- Experience in leading international teams with a focus on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to thoughtfully escalate problem areas in advance.
- Ability to accurately estimate time to produce results and effectively hold others accountable to dependencies.
