About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Digital Realty. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical management of our critical data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for data center infrastructure management
  • Lead a team of technicians in the planning, execution, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure high-quality maintenance services
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
Requirements
  • Completed professional qualification in Electrical Engineering, Equipment Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Official switching authorization for Low, Medium, and High Voltage systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electro-technical or industrial/mechanical environments
  • Expertise in large-scale electrotechnical systems, mechanical/cooling/climate control systems, and building technology operations
  • Fluent in German and English
