About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Construction Director to lead our team in delivering Hyperscale Data Center, Retail Data Center, and Infrastructure projects at our Berlin 3 site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction strategies to ensure industry-leading data center construction, infrastructure, and fit-out projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Proven experience in data center construction and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
