Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant for Construction Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in administrative support for construction projects
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with construction software (e.g. KS21)
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the construction management team in preparing, executing, and finalizing construction projects
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, reports, and records
  • Assisting in the preparation of contracts, including documentation and filing
  • Providing administrative support for project status reports and project control
  • Performing general administrative tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, construction management)
  • Relevant work experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with construction software (e.g. KS21)
