Senior Process Improvement Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for refining organizational processes and ensuring they meet customer requirements.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and implementation, with experience in utilizing six sigma values for continuous improvement. They will also have exposure to various domains within a telecom operator and understanding of their inter-dependencies.
Key Responsibilities- Perform end-to-end process improvement activities and get them approved by relevant stakeholders;
- Define KPIs to determine viability of process improvement capabilities;
- Work closely with process owners to conduct maturity and adoption audits as per established frameworks;
- Collect change requests related to process design from department heads and enact those changes along with the process design team;
- Finalize project reports and other documents;
- Lead process improvement sessions with stakeholders, sharing insights gathered from scrutiny of existing processes;
- Supervise process flows and documentation along with supporting development and maintenance of logs for process changes;
- Promote process adoption initiatives along with monitoring key KPIs to reflect progress;
- Evaluate processes to ensure they are optimized, effective, and meet customer requirements;
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and share those values with junior associates through mentorship;
- Act as liaison for escalation between internal and external partners;
- 3-5 years' experience in Business Administration, Operations or Management preferably with either a telecom operator or an ICT/Product company;
- 6+ years in continuous process improvement and implementation utilizing the six sigma values for continuous improvement preferably with either a telecom operator or an ICT/Product company;
- Exposure to various domains within a telecom operator (procurement, finance, product management, service desk, engineering etc.) and understanding of their inter-dependencies is highly preferred;
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training;
- Proven experience in operation management in process design, development, and audit (including maturity assessment, adoption assessments, gap identification etc.);
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality;
- Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;
- Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business;
- Strong capability for up-skilling and re-skilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives;
- Technical writing skills;
- Experience with using tools like Excel and Visio to produce workflows;
- Ability to operate as a team player, with a flexible and positive attitude;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including 30 days of annual leave, modern workplaces, and excellent prospects for growth and development.
