Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruiting process for our tech positions, ensuring a constant candidate pipeline, and collaborating with our broader People & Culture team. You will also be our People & Culture representative in the Hamburg office, supporting new joiners with relocation and visa assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent for Fashion Cloud
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles
  • Provide excellent customer service to our candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles
  • Support the broader People & Culture team with projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement and retention
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, ideally within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with our international team
