Als Talent Acquisition Specialist bei FERCHAU GmbH bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Suche nach top-talentierten Fachkräften spezialisiert hat. Wir suchen nach einer engagierten und kommunikativen Person, die sich für die Welt des Recruiting begeistert und bereit ist, ihre Fähigkeiten einzubringen, um unsere Kundenprojekte erfolgreich zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Talente finden: Du suchst und wählst Mitarbeiter für unsere Kundenprojekte im Engineering-Bereich aus.
  • Interviewführung: Du führst eigenständig Bewerbungsgespräche, telefonisch, per Video oder persönlich.
  • Recruitingprozess optimieren: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und bist Ansprechpartner für Kandidaten bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung.
  • Active Search: Du nutzt bewährte sowie neue Recruiting-Kanäle und sprichst Kandidaten über unsere interne Datenbank und Karriereplattformen direkt an.
  • Personalmarketing: Du bist Teil der Planung und Mitgestaltung von Personalmarketingmaßnahmen wie Messeauftritten und übernimmst gelegentliche Social Media Postings.
