About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
