Senior Account Manager

You know the moment when sound matters most. At Bose, we believe that sound has the power to transform lives. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with European automotive customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with European automotive customers.
- Develop and present proposals to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, representing their interests and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organization.
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or product planning in a complex B2B sales environment.
- Experience with German OEMs is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Result-oriented and structured individual with a passion for technology.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
