Senior Account Manager

You know the moment when sound matters most. At Bose, we believe that sound has the power to transform lives. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with European automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Relationship Management:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with European automotive customers.
  • Develop and present proposals to secure new business and expand existing relationships.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, representing their interests and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organization.

Required Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or product planning in a complex B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with German OEMs is desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Result-oriented and structured individual with a passion for technology.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
