We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Data Governance Expert to join our global team at ZEISS Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global Workday reporting and dashboarding solutions, collaborating with process owners and subject matter experts.
- Create new reports, identify areas for improvement, and research new system functionality and HR best practices.
- Lead projects related to operational reporting and analytics solutions, including proof of concepts, project planning, and quality assurance.
- Establish and maintain reporting governance, including development and governance guidelines.
- Build and manage a global reporting community, ensuring proper communication, improvement, and training.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, or similar.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday.
- Advanced experience with Workday Reporting, Dashboards, and BIRT.
- First experience with Workday Prism.
- General Project Management experience.
- Solution-oriented mindset, high IT affinity, and strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Consulting background is a plus.
