People Tech Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Tech Development Manager to lead our Workday Expenses team in driving technological advancements and digitalization initiatives. As a key member of our People Tech team, you will be responsible for spearheading the configuration, development, and enhancement of Workday Expenses functionality, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Workday Expenses team in People Tech, focusing on the development and implementation of expense capabilities.
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of people processes, aligning with Wolt's strategic objectives.
- Oversee development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Workday Expense designs, processes, and integrations.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics capabilities development, leveraging advanced Excel skills and expertise in HR reporting and analytics.
- Foster collaborative relationships and drive end-to-end solutions, collaborating with colleagues in various locations in a truly diverse team.
- Stay updated with Workday releases to effectively leverage new features and drive innovation in expense management.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Workday for Expenses, with a strong understanding of core people processes, integrations, and user-centric design principles.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Extend is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English, and a problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing projects, with high self-leadership skills and interpersonal competencies.
- Previous experience in project leadership roles using various project models.
