About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Lintas GmbH. As a Project Manager Photovoltaic, you will be responsible for the development of solar parks in Germany and abroad, including the coordination of planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solar park projects, including the coordination of planning and project management
  • Manage tasks, timelines, budgets, and costs, ensuring quality, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate closely with our project partners, landowners, and local authorities
  • Communicate with policymakers and local government to secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Coordinate with external specialist firms in planning and execution
  • Coordinate planning and permitting processes
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Apply methodical, agile, and result-oriented approaches in critical project situations
  • Contribute to the professional development of our team in our learning organization
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in developing ground-mounted solar projects
  • A curious and open-minded personality with a desire to drive the energy transition
  • Problem-solving skills with creative and independent working methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical working style and good self-organization
  • Completed studies in a technical field, urban and regional planning, or environmental sciences, preferably with a focus on energy supply and renewable energies
  • Interest in the energy market and the regulatory framework for renewable energies
  • Fluent German language skills and good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
