Project Manager Solar Energy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager for Solar Energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of solar park projects, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage solar park projects, including coordination of planning and project management
- Manage tasks, timelines, budgets, and costs, ensuring quality, risk management, stakeholder engagement, milestones, and economic viability
- Collaborate closely with our project partners, landowners, and local authorities
- Communicate with policymakers and government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals
- Coordinate with external specialist firms in planning and execution
- Coordinate planning and permitting processes
- Maintain project documentation
- Employ a methodical, agile, and result-oriented approach in critical project situations
- Contribute to the professional development of our team in our learning organization
- Minimum two years of experience in developing ground-mounted solar projects
- A curious and open-minded personality with a desire to drive the energy transition forward
- Problem-solving skills with creative and independent working methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly methodical working approach and good self-organization
- Completed studies in a technical field, urban and regional planning, or environmental sciences, preferably with a focus on energy supply and renewable energies
- Interest in the energy market and the regulatory framework for renewable energies
- Fluent German language skills and good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
