We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Spine Team at Brainlab. As the ambassador of our products, you will play a critical role in promoting customer solutions and driving long-term success for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global marketing roadmap to transform product strategy into customer-specific storytelling
  • Analyze customer needs and trends, competitive information, and regional requirements to optimize our products and marketing
  • Conceive and design product marketing collateral, including product presentations, technical specifications, and workflow videos
  • Develop training for Sales, Regional Marketing, Distributors, and answer technical and clinical questions
  • Support marketing activities at tradeshows and on-site visits
  • Monitor global service sales and business performance against objectives and forecasts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing management, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing projects and creating effective marketing and sales materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both German and English
  • Experience in coordinating larger product campaigns and supporting advertising strategies
  • Strong hands-on mentality and ability to interact with international and interdisciplinary teams
