The Role
We are looking for a skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing CRM campaigns, creating and adapting CRM journeys, and working across teams to deliver relevant content to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Campaigns
- Set up and optimize CRM campaigns, including emails and app push notifications, to deliver targeted communication to our clients.
- CRM Journey Optimization
- Create and adapt CRM journeys, run tests, and analyze results to optimize their performance.
- Team Collaboration
- Work across Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, and Design teams to deliver relevant content to our customers.
- Content Creation
- Show attention to detail when creating content, designing emails, and sending out emails and push notifications.
- Data Analysis
- Show an analytical mindset and work with large data sets to measure and report on email and app push notification performance.
Requirements
- Candidate Profile
- Show strong interest in CRM and previous experience in finance or regulated markets is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Handle CRM systems and email marketing tools, previous experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Show strong problem-solving skills and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Show a strong hands-on mentality and find pragmatic solutions for complex problems.
- Have a high affinity for data and deduct actions for CRM from relevant business metrics.
