Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and serve as their voice within the company.
  • Act proactively while keeping customers informed about relevant topics.
  • Prioritize customer experience, manage operational processes, and stay up-to-date on local regulations and company product developments.
  • Participate actively in internal and external customer meetings alongside Sales Specialists and Operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling that benefit our customers.
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
  • Analyze root causes and seek improvement opportunities in daily tasks and responsibilities.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in Logistics or Ocean Transport.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
