  • Develop and execute global market strategies for Draloric/Beyschlag Resistors
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing, Strategic Global Account Managers, Area Sales Managers, Field Application Engineers, Direct Customers, and Distribution Customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products and applications to promote and design-in products
  • Ensure effective communication and awareness of all product lines within the responsible business unit
  • Develop and implement global product marketing campaigns with the Marketing Communication department
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization to achieve business objectives
  • Help define focus customers and go-to-market strategies, including business plans
  • Provide technical support and knowledge sharing with internal and external parties

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in electronic engineering, business administration, engineering, product marketing, or related fields
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions
  • Highly self-driven and able to manage projects and teams independently
  • Team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Business fluent English and fluent German language skills
