Job Summary:

Vishay Electronic GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager Industrial to drive global business growth and expansion in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the industrial sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure financial performance and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Vishay remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
