Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Category Management für die Bereiche Professional Services, HR Services oder Marketing / Event Management
  • Strategieentwicklung in den entsprechenden Kategorien
  • Synergiemanagement innerhalb des globalen Einkaufsteams
  • Durchführen von RFI ́s und RFP ́s, inkl. Marktanalysen, Scope- und sonstige Abstimmungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Abwicklung über unsere e-Procurement Plattform, Führen der Lieferantenverhandlungen, Evaluierungen, sowie Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Einführung und Umsetzung im Rahmen des Supplier Onboarding
  • Lieferantenkonzentration und Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Lieferantenreduktion
  • Supplier Relationship Management, Risikomanagement und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement in den beschriebenen Kategorien
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Category Management, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen, internationalen Unternehmen aus der IT- oder Medienbranche, in mindestens einer der folgenden Sourcing Categories: HR Services, Professional Services oder Marketing / Event Management
  • Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten gepaart mit Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie proaktive, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • ERP Software Anwenderkenntnisse (z. B. von SAP Ariba, PeopleSoft+ oder Workday)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
