Compliance Specialist Job Description

At HARTMANN, we're committed to helping healthcare professionals focus on what matters most: making a positive impact on people's lives. We're seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and optimize the compliance management system to ensure it's effective and efficient.
  • Provide guidance and coordination to compliance managers and assistants on various compliance topics.
  • Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group.
  • Implement and validate a group-wide compliance documentation system, focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships.
  • Develop and implement group-wide compliance training programs and measures.
Requirements:
  • A degree in law or a background in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
