At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical client in Biberach meets all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance structures within our newly created compliance team
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on compliance topics
  • Work on projects to harmonize, optimize, and standardize SOPs in the area of Clinical Supply
  • Create, revise, and adapt SOPs to ensure compliance with global guidelines
  • Align the SOP landscape in Clinical Supply with other areas within Development
  • Create individual and overarching curricula/learning packages for Clinical Supply employees
  • Address inconsistencies in quality-relevant incidents/procedures/processes
  • Prepare, participate in, and follow up on internal and cross-departmental meetings in connection with compliance topics

Requirements:

  • Completed studies (Master) in the field of biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy with professional experience or relevant training
  • In-depth technical understanding of production areas and processes
  • Very good language skills in German and English
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, planning, and organizational skills
  • An independent and responsible way of working, characterized by a high level of initiative, proactive thinking, and acting
