Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Management Specialist to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our compliance organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of our compliance management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance System Validation & Optimization: Validate the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the compliance management system, ensuring it meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Guidance & Coordination: Provide functional guidance to compliance managers and compliance assistants on various compliance topics, ensuring a high level of expertise and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Sponsoring & Donation Management: Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • International Compliance Standards: Validate and implement a group-wide compliance documentation system, focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.
  • Compliance Organization Development: Ensure the continuous development of the compliance organization and objectives within group companies, driving a culture of compliance and risk management.
  • Advisory Role: Advise PH AG and group companies, business units, and employees on compliance-related questions and recommend improvements, ensuring a proactive approach to compliance.
  • Integration of Compliance Topics: Integrate compliance topics across various functions outside the CEO-CCO into overall compliance activities, ensuring a holistic approach to compliance.
  • Guideline Preparation & Implementation: Prepare and implement guidelines for compliance topics, including policy and procedure management, ensuring clarity and consistency across all areas.
  • Training & Education: Develop and implement group-wide compliance training programs and measures, ensuring all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in law or a background in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Healthcare Compliance: Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
