Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled eMobility Operations Specialist to join our team in Essen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performance management with our external and internal service center service providers, KPI tracking, and the initiation of measures in the case of deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance management with external and internal service center service providers
  • KPI tracking and analysis
  • Initiation of measures in the case of deviations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Additional languages are a plus
