Operations Specialist for the Energy Industry

PERMACON GmbH is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join their team in Düsseldorf. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing operations and back-office activities for complex commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics or business management and a background in the energy industry. Profound analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and MS Office services are also essential.

The role involves analyzing and resolving discrepancies, settlement queries, and process exceptions. You will also be responsible for monitoring open positions and coordinating the dunning process.

As an Operations Specialist, you will work closely with internal and external business partners to ensure validation and settlement align with established procedures.
