Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen nach einem motivierten Werkstudenten, der sich in unserem Operations-Team einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Verfahren mitwirken. Deine Aufgaben werden sich auf die Organisation von Schnittstellen zu unserem Deployment-Team und die Übernahme von neuen Assets in die operative Verantwortung konzentrieren. Du wirst auch Prozessschaubilder erstellen und mit internen und externen Stakeholdern abstimmen. Darüber hinaus wirst du Kundenrückmeldungen managen und die richtigen Eingangskanäle identifizieren.

Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem Studenten (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift. Du solltest bereit sein, operative Aufgaben zu erledigen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Ein grundlegendes Interesse an technischen Themen, insbesondere eMobility und Ladeinfrastruktur, ist erforderlich. Du solltest fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch sprechen und einen Führerschein der Klasse B besitzen.
