- Own the Multi-Year Roadmap: Define and deliver a multi-year roadmap to achieve measurable impact from new customer experience features, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and Collaborate: Work with Engineers, Product Designers, Researchers, Product Analysts, and senior business stakeholders to drive results and deliver high-quality products.
- Ruthlessly Prioritize: Support engineering teams and track product metrics to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Establish Processes: Set up agile team processes and drive continuous improvement to ensure efficient product development.
- Contribute to Leadership: Participate in the Engagement Alliance leadership team, shaping the overall product and strategic direction of HelloFresh.
- Chatbot Expertise: Proven experience in developing chatbots, combining LLM-based generative AI with conversational flows, and owning the entire chatbot experience.
- Customer Care Experience: Experience in building self-service customer care products is an advantage.
- Product Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering complex products and features from concept to launch, defining product strategy, creating roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.
