Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Internal Enablement domain team at Aroundhome. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy based on customer needs, business goals, and our company vision.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer care, and relevant stakeholders, to gain an in-depth understanding of product requirements and drive the implementation of the outcome-oriented roadmap.
You will define relevant KPIs to track the success of your domain area and prioritize the product backlog based on business and strategic value.
You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team and a central contact person for all colleagues and stakeholders within your domain.
Key Responsibilities- Define product strategy based on customer needs, business goals, and company vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of product requirements
- Drive the implementation of the outcome-oriented roadmap
- Define relevant KPIs to track the success of your domain area
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business and strategic value
- Experience working as a Product Manager in cross-functional setups in modern Tech-companies
- Ability to derive product strategies with a customer and business value in mind
- Experience with CRM applications, particularly Salesforce, or relevant experience in the B2B sector
- Strong analytical mindset, good technical understanding, and experience working with UX Research and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, ideally also German
