About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Product Manager to lead our ecommerce and retail initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the long-term tech product vision for our omni-channel platforms, ensuring alignment across departments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the tech product vision for our ecommerce and retail platforms, driving strategic decision-making and feature implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to align global priorities and ensure smooth execution, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Lead the product roadmap, making key decisions on problem-solving, derived product features, improvements, and integrations, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Drive the product discovery process in close collaboration with other departments, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with software engineering in the delivery process, focusing on delivering value timely and in a predictable fashion, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Contribute to developing the tech product management practices and the collaboration model between business stakeholders, tech product, and software engineering, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholder alignment, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Help define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and provide insights for continuous improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply business and technical foresight and agility by adapting strategy and roadmap based on feedback gathered in frequent, 'small bet' tests, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Continuously improve your product through insights derived from meaningful data acquired, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
About You
  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic roles; ecommerce and/or retail experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in laterally leading cross-team initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities.
  • Experience directly leading and coaching product managers, driving team success and growth.
  • You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with basic knowledge of German preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel retail and ecommerce platforms, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong expertise in utilising qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to write technical requirements (i.e., Epics and User Stories), develop business models, and define operational requirements and processes, driving product success.
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate and advocate for ideas to others, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Analytical mindset, strong thought leadership, and great stakeholder management skills, driving team success and growth.
  • Focus on business outcomes rather than output or input, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
