We seek a co-founder who shares our vision and is passionate about building communities, leveraging automation, and leading innovative projects to drive our growth. As a dynamic individual, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of GTM Pioneers.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have expertise in community building, content creation, event management, automation, and workflow development. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage our online and offline community.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content tailored to the needs and interests of our community.
- Planning, organizing, and executing digital and physical events to educate and support startups in their GTM strategies.
- Designing and implementing automation systems and workflows to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
- Identifying and collaborating with potential partners to enhance our offerings and expand our reach.
We offer a competitive equity share package and a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering venture. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards. This is an equity-based role with no initial salary, but a promising financial compensation plan is envisaged once the business has established a solid revenue line. The role is remote, with potential travel for events.
