Startup Operations Associate Intern

We are seeking a driven Startup Operations Associate Intern (m/f/d) to become part of one of our innovative portfolio companies, assisting in the management of its operational strategies.
In this role, you will primarily support operational strategies and have the chance to engage in a variety of projects.
Join our portfolio company: A pioneering German InsurTech firm dedicated to safeguarding businesses against cyber threats. This startup uniquely combines insurance with cyber protection.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and participate in critical decision-making processes.
- Gain exclusive training and insights into a vibrant startup environment, interacting with multiple departments including Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Contribute to essential strategic projects aimed at shaping the company’s international expansion, market reach, and strategic partnerships.
- Work with diverse interdisciplinary teams, assisting in the preparation of presentation materials.
- Conduct research on due diligence, competitors, and market trends.
- Previous relevant experience through internships in fast-paced sectors such as technology, B2B, startups, consulting, or similar fields.
- Strong skills in slide creation and presentation, with initial experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
- Enthusiastic about hands-on work in a startup atmosphere and eager to learn about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity.
- Possess strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Exhibit a reliable, precise, and independent working style.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
Please note that we are looking for support in our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
