Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Intern (f/m/d) for a duration of 6 months to provide Project and Business Operations Support within the SAP Data Space.
Work Area: Corporate Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting in the establishment of project frameworks, which involves organizing workshops, generating status updates, developing templates, tracking task completion, scheduling meetings, and preparing reporting documents.
- Contributing to the design, rollout, and execution of new operational processes.
- Planning, organizing, executing, and following up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key internal stakeholders and clients.
- Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior management that effectively communicate innovative topics.
- Monitoring essential items such as purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
- Managing calendars, emails, and correspondence, both internal and external.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including the organizational preparation and follow-up related to travel expenses.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, resilient, and curious. You should be passionate about engaging in meaningful innovative projects and committed to continuous learning.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or a related field, or engaged in a business/commercial traineeship or apprenticeship.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams), CRM, and VMS.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or any project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Highly adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, and comfortable managing uncertainty and frequent changes.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong execution skills, ensuring tasks are completed in a positive, reliable, and encouraging manner.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet overlapping deadlines.
