About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and coordination of global end-to-end business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the analysis and coordination of global end-to-end business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS IQR segment and IT experts.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for implementation.
  • Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and support end-user training, as organized by the training lead.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
  • Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Business fluent in English and German (must have).
  • In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report, and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management).
