Technical Account Manager

At Adjust, we're looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, retaining clients, and ensuring they're satisfied with our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical contact for clients within Adjust
- Support clients on using the Adjust product and resolve technical challenges
- Provide regular check-in calls with clients
- Enable client decision-making and ensure they're set up for success
- Collaborate across functions, including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues using internal and external tooling
- Evaluate complex technical issues and provide ideas for optimization and improvement
Requirements:
- Knowledge of managing client expectations
- Willingness to travel (when relevant)
- Problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling challenging questions
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French
- Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or similar companies within the SaaS industry
- Validated ability to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge
- Experience working with terminal and data extraction, transformation, and manipulation tools
- Experience using communication, productivity, and collaboration apps like Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
- Understanding of apps, mobile app SDKs, and mobile tech solutions
