The Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary technical contact for clients within Adjust. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, retaining clients and ensuring they're satisfied with our product. You'll work closely with Sales and Integrations teams to achieve this goal.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients
  • Supporting clients on how to best use the Adjust product and resolving technical challenges
  • Providing regular check-in calls with your client base
  • Enabling client decision-making and setting them up for success by testing and validating their setup
  • Collaborating across functions, including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product
  • Troubleshooting and investigating issues using internal and external tooling
  • Escalating complex technical issues directly to engineers and providing ideas for optimization and improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of how to manage client expectations
  • A willingness to travel (when relevant)
  • Problem-solving skills and an enthusiasm for tackling challenging questions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or similar companies within the SaaS industry
  • A validated ability to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge
  • Experience working with terminal and data extraction, transformation, and manipulation tools
  • Experience using communication, productivity, and collaboration apps like Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence
  • An understanding of apps, mobile app SDKs, and mobile tech solutions
