Position: EMEA Associate Partner - Travel, Transportation & Hospitality

Role Overview

This position emphasizes the airline sector, encompassing airports, rail services, and travel solutions throughout the EMEA region. You will operate from Germany and play a vital role in the EMEA leadership team. As a proactive entrepreneur, you will be responsible for comprehensive sales, delivery, and operational management for clients in the area, focusing on developing and overseeing the business segment for Infosys Consulting. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated Sales and Technology delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a diverse skill set in business and consulting, including stakeholder engagement, analytical problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Demonstrate experience in collecting, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying data and insights to various audiences.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal abilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills in both German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), with a willingness to travel as required.
  • Have a profound understanding of the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality sectors and their respective value chains.
  • Maintain relationships and experience with major airlines across EMEA, including key players like the Lufthansa Group and British Airways.
  • Possess a solid grasp of innovation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Have experience in large-scale digitization and technology-driven transformation, including areas such as Innovation, Software products, platforms, Data, and AI.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business consulting and the technology transformation sales cycle and delivery.
  • Show proven leadership capabilities to develop, nurture, and manage business operations and teams.
