Position Overview

As an Associate Partner specializing in the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality sectors across EMEA, you will have the opportunity to elevate your career while collaborating with skilled professionals to tackle and deliver on our clients' critical challenges. Your Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will focus on the airline sector, including airports, rail, and travel services throughout EMEA. You will be a key member of the EMEA leadership team, responsible for driving business growth with comprehensive sales, delivery, and operational oversight for clients in the region. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated Sales and Technology delivery teams.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in business consulting with a strong skill set in stakeholder engagement, problem resolution, and resilience.
  • Proficient in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying information to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German (C1) and English (C1), along with a willingness to travel as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality sectors and their respective value chains.
  • Established relationships and experience with major airlines across EMEA, particularly with industry leaders.
  • Proven expertise in innovation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience in large-scale digitization and technology-driven transformations, including software products, platforms, data, and AI.
  • Background in business consulting and managing the technology transformation sales cycle and delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to develop, nurture, and manage teams and business operations.
