Team Mission

The People Analytics and Rewards team is dedicated to providing data-driven insights to inform better People decisions, ultimately unlocking unforgettable career experiences for our employees.

Your Role

  • Partner with HR teams and business functions to lead projects, analyze compensation and people data, and enable fact-based decisions.
  • Design, analyze, budget, and implement new compensation programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on job and compensation analysis information, including equity compensation.
  • Recommend compensation solutions and programs using objective data and facts.
  • Consult with HR teams on compensation-related matters and serve as the primary point of contact for HR and business queries.
  • Liaise with Finance and Tax teams on compensation and employee equity topics.
  • Develop and document processes, playbooks, and informational materials on compensation, benefits, and equity.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources)
  • 5+ years of compensation analytics experience in technology companies, including experience with benchmarking tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of different compensation schemes and philosophies, including equity programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in an international environment.
