GetYourGuide, the leading marketplace for unforgettable travel experiences, is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, you will play a vital role in enabling our leaders to make data-driven decisions and unlock unforgettable career experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and partner with HR teams and business functions on projects, including compensation and people data analysis.
  • Design, analyze, budget, and implement new compensation programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on job and compensation analysis information, including our equity compensation program.
  • Recommend compensation solutions using objective data and facts.
  • Consult with HR teams on compensation-related matters.
  • Liaise with Finance and Tax teams on compensation and employee equity topics.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of varied compensation analytics experience in technology companies.
  • Experience and knowledge of different compensation schemes and philosophies.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
